How can I pay for my property - Payment can be made by all cards except American Express a valid debit/credit card is required to make a booking
Is there a charge for using a credit/debit card - No we make no charges for using a card as payment
How much is the deposit? - The deposit is 25% of the total cost of the holiday, final payment is due 4 weeks prior
I cannot see the prices - To see prices use the online system and select the dates you require, the system will then display a price, if you know the dates and size of your group you wish to accommodate, we can provide quotes for you, please use email

Can you send me a brochure - We no longer post out brochures, but you can download PDF (flyers) of any property from its property page
Arrival, departure and staying at the properties
Can I leave the keys in the property on departure - Yes, so long as the property is left secure, please leave a message with our main office to let us know when you are departing if it before your listed departure time.
I have left items in the property what can I do - We will return any items we find if requested, the minimum fee for postage of left items is £20
I am arriving after 6pm to collect keys - Keys can be collected at any time and after your listed arrival time, just follow the directions to the office and they will be avaiable, there is no need to call.
Do you charge for internet or digital TV - No we don't, if the property has these facilities then they are provided free, assuming you do not need support. If support is required there is a charge of £20 (only if a member of staff is required on site) applied to your card.
How long in advance do I need to book catering - Catering services require at least 1 months notice, more if possible.
Where do I collect the keys - Your deposit and full payment confirmation both have directions for key collection on them
