Private residences offer exceptional flexibility and we can provide just about any additional service you require, either using our own staff of third party companies. Below is a list of the most common, but if there’s something special you wish just let Kingask know and we’ll work with you to make your stay just how you want it.
TELEPHONES
None of the properties have telephones installed, if you require we can provide pay and go mobile phones at no extra cost, you can then buy talk time at most shops and supermarkets.
CAR VALET SERVICE
We can provide a valet service for your car if you require, please call the office for a price on this service.
CLEANING SERVICE
We can provide a midweek, daily or full maid cleaning service for an extra charge, please call the office to arrange this.
GROCERY SERVICE
If you know you are going to be arriving late and wish for us to stock your kitchen with some basic essentials this can be arranged at a charge of £20.
CAR HIRE AND BUS TRANSFERS
Please contact the office if you need either of these services.
FAIRMOUNT ST ANDREWS GOLF RESORT AND SPA
We are delighted to be able to exclusively offer our guests use of the excellent leisure facilities at the Fairmont St Andrews resort and Spa. You will need a form from the office to use this

Fairmont Spa
The Spa consists of a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. You can join the Spa for a small fee. Please pick up a form from our office to complete and hand in, with payment, at the Spa reception on your first visit.
Please note that children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the gym.

CATERING SERVICES
Why not let Kingask cottages look after your catering requirements all from the luxury of your own property. You can organise a one off special meal or BBQ or have the holiday fully catered. Catering nomrally needs to be organised at leat a month in advance of your stay, so please contact us with details as soon as possible.
Breakfasts
Continental : £12 for parties 6 or under guests, £10 for parties of over 6
Full Scottish cooked: £20 for parties of 6 or under, £15 for over 6
Full menus are available from the office.
Lunches and evening meals
Why dine out when you can dine in. We have a selection of high qualified chefs that will source, prepare and cook just about anything for you in the luxury of your own property – prices start from £35/head for a 3 course meal. Buffets start from £25/head

BBQs
Kingask can organise a BBQ with catering from £25/head or we can provide additional facilities at your property (assuming it has a garden) so that you can organise a BBQ yourself. We can provide: BBQ (charcoal not included) - Free; Gazebos for cover if the weather turns (max. 2) - £20 each; Additional tables and garden furniture (price on request).
