We have several groups of properties that are suitable for large groups, golfing weekends or weddings, and we can provide dicounts in these properties if taking 4 or more:
The Kingask Group 1.5 miles from St. Andrews
The main house at kingask has tennis courts and large walled gradens, and is five minutes walk from the 4 Kittocks Cottages. This works very well for wedding groups with the main house functioning as a place to entertain, and the surrounding cottages providing sleeping accommodation. This group neighbours Kinkell Byre which is a unique and popular wedding venue. Additional beds can be added to most of our twin rooms if you wish.

Total sleeping accommodation is 36, formal dining in one location is 18 (at the main house), but it is also well suited for a buffet or BBQ either at the cottage grounds or main house grounds for the entire group.
The Kirkmay Group
This group consists of 4 cottages all looking out to the Firth of Forth and May Isle, and works well for large family groups and art or bird watching clubs.

Total sleeping accommodation is 21, formal dining in one location is only 8 (at Kirmay No.4), but it is well suited for a buffet or BBQ either at the cottage grounds using all the adjoing gardens or play area, we can provide gazebos and a chef to make the a perfect summer BBQ or buffet lunch.
